     With close to 35 years of residency in the Valley of the Sun, Denise Pias, senior Realtor with RE/MAX Alliance Group in Gilbert, provides home buyers and sellers with superior Real Estate representation specializing in the southeast valley of the Phoenix Metropolitan area.

Denise has successfully closed over 500 transactions in her 10 year career as a Realtor. She was recognized as one of the top achievers her first year in real estate and consistently continues to attain award status. With over 80,000 actively licensed agents in Arizona, Denise rises above with the distinction of "Top 500 Arizona Agents" each year! She was recognized as a Top Ten Individual RE/MAX Agent in Arizona in 2003, maintains Multi-million dollar producer status every year, and is a recurring RE/MAX Platinum Club member.

Denise's experience in sales & marketing was extensive and diverse prior to becoming a Realtor and joining RE/MAX in 2000.

With over 20 years in the bakery industry, Denise held key sales management positions brokering international manufacturing companies with a local presence in Arizona providing fine sales and service representation and establishing successful and long lasting professional relationships.

Denise's marketing skills were honed in the late 1990's when she took on the task of promoting an unknown local author to a national audience, achieving sales of over 200,000 copies of his book. Denise's efforts landed the author on 350+ radio & television shows including "The Discovery Channel", "The View" and "Oprah," ultimately leading to a multi-million dollar printing contract from a highly recognized New York publisher.

Although Denise Pias has been extremely successful in her highly sales-oriented past, she believes her desire to supersede the customer's needs has been the key to her success in Real Estate. Firstly, I treat clients the way I would want to be treated... I do what clients ask of me; I call when I say I will and provide them with information they have requested. I have been told that I have a gift for being able to hone in on what my homebuyers specifically want and being able to find that just right property for them; and the tenacity and perseverance to successfully market a property to ultimately reach that buyer that will call her listed property 'home'.

Denise enjoys working, watching movies, sewing, reading, interior design, entertaining & wine tasting. She contributes to local and national charities including Children's Miracle Network, The Phoenix Children's Hospital, and COPS/Survivor Help Network for Phoenix fallen officers.
